Przedmiotem wynalazku jest adaptor wiertła stomatologicznego, w szczególności do wykonywania kontrolowanych wierceń w kości wyrostka zębodołowego lub bocznej ścianie zatoki szczękowej. W skład przykładowego adaptora wchodzi tuleja (10), której otwór (11) ma średnicę odpowiadającą średnicy trzonu wiertła. W dolnej części tulei (10) znajduje się kryza oporowa (12), na której opiera się stoper, poniżej kryzy (12) znajduje się układ mocujący (13), w którego skład wchodzą dwie stożkowe połówki zaciskowe (14, 14') zaopatrzone w gwint stożkowy (15). Na gwint stożkowy (15) nakręcana jest nakrętka (16).The subject of the invention is a dental drill adapter, in particular for performing controlled drilling in the alveolar bone or lateral wall of the maxillary sinus. The example adapter includes a sleeve (10), whose hole (11) has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the drill bit shaft. In the lower part of the sleeve (10) there is a stop orifice (12) on which the stopper rests, below the orifice (12) there is a fastening system (13), which consists of two conical clamp halves (14, 14 ') equipped with tapered thread (15). A nut (16) is screwed onto the tapered thread (15).
