Abstract
Sposób polepszania właściwości mechanicznych stopu aluminium zawierającego dodatek Sc i Zr polega na tym, że stop poddany uprzednio trójetapowemu przesycaniu, po którego każdym etapie stop schładza się w wodzie o temperaturze 0°C, poddaje się najpierw procesowi przeciskania przez zagięty kanał w temperaturze pokojowej, a następnie procesowi powierzchniowego kulowania śrutem okrągłym stalowym. W wyniku zastosowania tego sposobu uzyskuje się stop aluminium z dodatkiem Sc i Zr, który charakteryzuje się gradientową warstwą umocnienia o twardości powierzchniowej 245 HV, rdzenia 220 HV oraz granicy wytrzymałości 445 MPa i plastyczności 415 MPa.The method of improving the mechanical properties of an aluminum alloy containing the Sc and Zr additive consists in the fact that the alloy previously subjected to three-stage supersaturation, after which each stage is cooled in water at 0 ° C, is first subjected to the process of squeezing through a bent channel at room temperature, and then the process of surface shot blasting with steel round shot. As a result of using this method, an aluminum alloy with the addition of Sc and Zr is obtained, which is characterized by a gradient layer of reinforcement with a surface hardness of 245 HV, a core of 220 HV and a strength limit of 445 MPa and a plasticity of 415 MPa.
