Sposób wytwarzania innowacyjnej biomasy stałej pod postacią granulatu przy wykorzystaniu energii z OZE charakteryzuje się tym, że rozdrabnia się biomasę do wielkości frakcji od 2 mm do 10 mm, następnie rozdrobnioną biomasę suszy się z wykorzystaniem energii cieplnej wytworzonej w procesie kogeneracji do uzyskania wilgotności od 7% do 10%, jednocześnie przefermentowany substrat który zostaje odwodniony do wilgotności od 20% do 30% suszy się z wykorzystaniem energii cieplnej wytworzonej w procesie kogeneracji do uzyskania wilgotności od 7% do 13% do uzyskania odpowiednich właściwości kleistości, następnie biomasę miesza się mechanicznie z przefermentowanym substratem i mieszaninę poddaje zagęszczaniu i formowaniu do postaci granulatu biomasowego o wymiarze od 25 mm do 40 mm.The method of producing innovative solid biomass in the form of granules using renewable energy is characterized by the fact that the biomass is crushed to a fraction size from 2 mm to 10 mm, then the crushed biomass is dried using thermal energy generated in the cogeneration process to obtain humidity from 7% up to 10%, simultaneously the fermented substrate that is dehydrated to a moisture content of 20% to 30% is dried using thermal energy generated in the cogeneration process to obtain moisture from 7% to 13% to obtain the appropriate stickiness properties, then the biomass is mechanically mixed with the fermented the substrate and the mixture are compacted and formed into biomass granules with dimensions from 25 mm to 40 mm.
