Abstract

Sposób sieciowania kauczuku chloroprenowego polega na ogrzewaniu tego kauczuku z kompleksem metalu, jak acetyloacetonian żelaza (II), acetyloacetonian kobaltu (II), acetyloacetonian manganu (II), di-µ-chloro-bis(1,5-cyklooktadieno)diiryd (I), di-chlorodibenzylonitrylopallad (II) lub dichloro(1,5-cyklooktadieno)ruten (II), krzemionką pirogeniczną oraz trietanoloaminą w prasie w temperaturze 160°C. Wyroby gumowe wytworzone z kompozycji zaproponowanych w tym sposobie wykazują dobre właściwości mechaniczne tj. wytrzymałość na rozciąganie, wydłużenie w chwili zerwania oraz naprężenie przy 100% wydłużeniu.The method of crosslinking chloroprene rubber involves heating this rubber with a metal complex, such as iron (II) acetylacetonate, cobalt (II) acetylacetonate, manganese (II) acetylacetonate, di-µ-chloro-bis (1,5-cyclooctadiene) diiride (I) , dichlorodibenzylonitrile palladium (II) or dichloro (1,5-cyclooctadiene) ruthenium (II), fumed silica and triethanolamine in a press at 160 ° C. Rubber products made from the compositions proposed in this method have good mechanical properties, i.e. tensile strength, elongation at break and stress at 100% elongation.
