Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie konstrukcji aplikatora doglebowego, przeznaczonego do wgłębnego dozowania wodnych roztworów i zawiesin substancji biologicznych i chemicznych, takich jak nawozy, środki ochrony roślin, efektywne mikroorganizmy, hydrożele zwiększające pojemność wodną gleby oraz inne. Aplikator jest mocowany na trzypunktowym układzie zawieszenia ciągnika rolniczego. Posiada on ramę (1) z zamontowanym w niej ułożyskowanym korbowym wałem (2), w wykorbieniach którego są osadzone jednym końcem ułożyskowane ramiona (3). Przeciwnym końcem ramiona (3) są połączone z wahaczami (4), których górne końce są przymocowane do ramy (1). Z ramionami (3) są połączone sprężysto - elastyczne łączniki (5) z umocowanymi do nich ramkami (6) wyposażonymi w rurowe palce (7). Z ramą (1) jest połączona zębata, kątowa przekładania (8) z wielowypustowym wałkiem przyjęcia mocy (9). Powyżej znajduje się zbiornik (10) roboczej cieczy.The invention solves the problem of soil applicator design, designed for in-depth dosing of aqueous solutions and suspensions of biological and chemical substances, such as fertilizers, plant protection products, effective microorganisms, hydrogels increasing soil water capacity and others. The applicator is mounted on a three-point suspension system of an agricultural tractor. It has a frame (1) with a crankshaft mounted in it (2), in cranks of which the mounted arms (3) are mounted at one end. The opposite ends of the arms (3) are connected to the swingarms (4), whose upper ends are attached to the frame (1). The arms (3) are connected elastically - elastic connectors (5) with frames (6) attached to them equipped with tubular fingers (7). To the frame (1) is connected a gear, angular gear (8) with a spline power take-off shaft (9). Above there is a tank (10) for the working liquid.
