Wynalazek dotyczy dwustopniowego prowadzenia procesu biosyntezy erytrytolu przez drożdże Yarrowia lipolytica, w pożywkach zawierających w swoim składzie fosfolipidy, jako główny składnik śluzów otrzymywanych w procesie degummingu olejów roślinnych, oraz dodatkowo glicerol, w bardzo niskim pH.The invention relates to a two-stage process of erythritol biosynthesis by the yeast Yarrowia lipolytica, in media containing phospholipids as the main component of mucus obtained in the process of degumming vegetable oils, and additionally glycerol, at a very low pH.
