Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stos wysokotemperaturowych ogniw paliwowych do wytwarzania energii elektrycznej, którego istota polega na tym, że składa się z zestawu złożonego z kilku lub kilkunastu identycznych modułów dwu ogniw paliwowych ułożonych w stos w kształt bryły prostopadłościennej i połączonych ze sobą rozłącznie, żaroodpornej podstawy metalowej (1), na której spoczywa zestaw modułów oraz z żaroodpornej pokrywy metalowej (5) przysłaniającej ten zestaw, która wyposażona jest w króciec tulejowy (31) doprowadzający paliwo gazowe do wewnętrznego zbiorczego kątowego kanału (32) oraz w króciec tulejowy (33) doprowadzający powietrze do wewnętrznego zbiorczego kątowego kanału, natomiast żaroodporna podstawa metalowa (1) wyposażona jest w króciec tulejowy, stanowiący przedłużenie wewnętrznego zbiorczego kanału odprowadzającego spaliny oraz króciec tulejowy (40), stanowiący przedłużenie wewnętrznego zbiorczego kanału (38) odprowadzającego azot, przy czym każdy moduł dwu ogniw paliwowych składa się z ramki ceramicznej, która wokół centralnie usytuowanego w niej przelotowego otworu kwadratowego ma wykonane dwustopniowe gniazdo ramkowe, w którym w dolnej części umieszczona jest perforowana żaroodporna metalowa płytka katodowa o profilu U-owym z odsadzeniem kątownikowym jej górnego końca, wewnątrz której umieszczona jest ceramiczna kształtka obustronnie karbowana, natomiast nad nimi na płaskiej części płytki katodowej umieszczone są dwa jednostronnie karbowane ogniwa paliwowe, skierowane ku sobie ich karbami i oddzielone od siebie perforowaną żaroodporną metalową płytką anodową z wygiętym U-owo jednym jej końcem, przylegającym do odsadzenia kątownikowego płytki katodowej.
