Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania gazu biologicznego w procesie fermentacji beztlenowej, w którym wykorzystuje się urządzenie wyposażone w komorę fermentacyjną (1), mieszadło, podgrzewacz i zespół zaworowo - pompowy (16) a także wykorzystuje się zbiornik (14) wsadu fermentacyjnego i zbiornik (15) osadów. Zgodnie z tym sposobem wsad fermentacyjny ze zbiornika (14) wsadu fermentacyjnego kieruje się do komory fermentacyjnej (1), gdzie wsad fermentacyjny kolejno kieruje się do poszczególnych zespołów fermentacyjnych (2), kolejno napełniając wsadem dolne cylindry zespołów fermentacyjnych (2). Po napełnieniu dolnego cylindra zespołu fermentacyjnego (2) zamyka się dopływ wsadu do tego zespołu fermentacyjnego (2) i poddaje się wsad procesowi fermentacji, a wytworzony gaz biologiczny magazynuje się w górnym cylindrze zespołu fermentacyjnego (2), skąd odprowadza się go do generatora. After filling the bottom cylinder of the fermentation unit (2), the feed supply to this fermentation unit (2) is closed and the feed is subjected to the fermentation process, and the produced biological gas is stored in the top cylinder of the fermentation unit (2), from which it is discharged to the generator. When the pressure of the biological gas in the upper cylinder drops to below 2 hPa, sediments are transferred from the lower cylinder to the tank (15).
