Abstract

Urządzenie do wykonywania połączeń elektrycznych na podłożach miękkich składa się z ruchomej w trzech osiach względem stolika roboczego (7) głowicy (1) wystrzeliwującej kropelki materiału przewodzącego (2) w formie tuszu na podłoże miękkie (3) znajdujące się bezpośrednio pod głowicą (1) na stoliku roboczym (7). Głowica (1) nie ma kontaktu z podłożem miękkim (3). Kamera (4) umieszczona jest poniżej głowicy (1) i pod kątem prostym w stosunku do osi głowicy (1). W osi kamery (4) ustawiony jest oświetlacz stroboskopowy (5), a druga kamera (6) umieszczona jest obok głowicy (1), nad podłożem miękkim (3).
