Abstract
Sposób ochrony ściany sitowej komory spalania opalanego wymiennika ciepła charakteryzuje się tym, że przed uruchomieniem opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1) wprowadza się do jednostki sterującej (9) opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1) założoną wartość temperatury granicznej Tg ściany sitowej (5) komory spalania (3), a podczas eksploatacji opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1) mierzy się temperaturę aktualną Ta ściany sitowej (5) komory spalania (3) od strony komory wodnej (4) za pomocą dodatkowego czujnika temperatury (T4), z którego sygnał doprowadza się do jednostki sterującej (9), przetwarza i porównuje się wartość temperatury aktualnej Ta z wartością temperatury granicznej Tg, a po zrównaniu się tych temperatur generuje się za pomocą jednostki sterującej (9) sygnał alarmowy wyłączenia opalanego wymiennika ciepła (1). Po jego wyłączeniu w znany sposób usuwa się warstwę kamienia kotłowego ze ściany sitowej (5) komory spalania (3). Opalany wymiennik ciepła zaopatrzony jest w dodatkowy czujnik temperatury (T4) umieszczony w gnieździe na ścianie sitowej (5) komory spalania (3) od strony komory wodnej (4) i połączony przewodowo lub bezprzewodowo z jednostką sterującą (9).
