Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest izolacja termiczna ciepło lub zimnochronna rurociągów, służąca do osłaniania i ocieplania rur ciepłowniczych, chłodniczych, przemysłowych i przenoszących inne media, charakteryzująca się tym, że jej pierwsza warstwa izolacyjna (2) wykonana z foli aluminiowej lub z foli metalizowanej o grubości g = 0,04 mm i odpornej na promieniowanie podczerwone połączona jest rozłącznie lub nierozłącznie z kołkami dystansowymi (3), których dolne końce przylegają do zewnętrznej powierzchni izolowanej rury stalowej (1) rurociągu, tworząc między izolacją termiczną warstwę powietrzną (4), lub ta pierwsza warstwa izolacyjna (2) przylega bezpośrednio do górnej powierzchni zestawu listew dystansowych zwieńczonych ze sobą elementami pierścieniowymi, osadzonego na zewnętrznej powierzchni, rury stalowej (1), tworząc również pomiędzy sobą warstwę powietrzną (4), natomiast przylegająca do pierwszej warstwy izolacyjnej (2) druga warstwa izolacyjna (6) stanowi pakiet kilku luźno przylegających do siebie lub połączonych ze sobą za pomocą kleju odpornego na wysokie temperatury warstw foliowej izolacji bąbelkowej o strukturze komórkowej wypełnionej mieszaniną argonu i powietrza, których bąbelki skierowane są w kierunku izolowanej rury stalowej (1), zaś do tej drugiej warstwy izolacyjnej (6) przylega otaczająca ją warstwa zewnętrzna (7) wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego, odpornego na działanie promieniowania ultrafioletowego oraz zmiennych warunków klimatycznych, której końce połączone ze sobą na zakładkę zwieńczone są dodatkowo za pomocą przymocowanej do górnej ich powierzchni taśmy (8).The subject of the invention is thermal or cold insulation of pipelines, used for covering and insulating heating, cooling, industrial and other media transfer pipes, characterized by the fact that its first insulation layer (2) made of aluminum foil or metallized foil with a thickness of g = 0.04 mm and resistant to infrared radiation is connected removably or inseparably with distance pins (3), the lower ends of which are adjacent to the outer surface of the insulated steel pipe (1) of the pipeline, forming an air layer (4) between the thermal insulation, or the first layer the insulation (2) adheres directly to the upper surface of the set of spacers crowned with ring elements, mounted on the outer surface, steel pipe (1), also forming an air layer (4) between them, while the second layer adjacent to the first insulation layer (2) izol (6) is a packet of several loosely adhering to each other or joined together by means of an adhesive resistant to high temperatures of layers of foil bubble insulation with a cell structure filled with a mixture of argon and air, whose bubbles are directed towards the insulated steel pipe (1), and of this second insulating layer (6) adjoins the surrounding outer layer (7) made of plastic, resistant to ultraviolet radiation and changing climatic conditions, whose ends connected with an overlap are additionally crowned with a tape attached to their upper surface (8 ).
