Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób oraz palnik energetyczny do spalania pyłu węglowego w strumieniu tlenu o wysokiej koncentracji, przeznaczony do zastosowań w elektroenergetyce ciepłowniczej, spełniającej normy Unii Europejskiej w zakresie emisji tlenków azotu NOX oraz dwutlenku węgla CO2 do atmosfery. Odznacza się tym, że utleniacz jest dzielony na strumień pierwotny tlenu wymieszany ze spalinami recyrkulacyjnymi zza kotła, kierowany poziomo w dyszy paliwowej (DP) transportującej pneumatycznie pył węglowy oraz na strumień wtórny tlenu o koncentracji 98% - 100%, wprowadzany pod ciśnieniem powyżej 2 kPa przewodem (PTW) z klapą regulacyjną (KL) do otworów n dysz tlenowych (DN) rozmieszczonych obwodowo w równych odległościach na pierścieniu (P) przewodu (PTW), usytuowanym w odległości (k) stanowiącej od 0,7 do 1,2 korzystnie 0,8 średnicy zewnętrznej (s) palnika od wylotu (W), w postaci zewnętrznych rur zagiętych łukowo o krzywiźnie określonej kątem zawartym w przedziale 10° - 50° korzystnie 30° oraz promieniem stanowiącym 0,98 - 1,02 odległości (k) pierścienia (P) od wylotu (W) palnika.The subject of the invention is a method and energy burner for combustion of pulverized coal in a high concentration oxygen stream, intended for use in heating power engineering that meets the European Union standards in the field of emission of NOX nitrogen oxides and CO2 carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. It is distinguished by the fact that the oxidant is divided into the primary stream of oxygen mixed with the recirculation flue gas from behind the boiler, directed horizontally in the fuel nozzle (DP) pneumatically transporting coal dust and into the secondary stream of oxygen with a concentration of 98% - 100%, introduced at a pressure above 2 kPa duct (PTW) with a regulating flap (KL) to openings n oxygen nozzles (DN) distributed circumferentially at equal distances on the ring (P) of the duct (PTW), located at a distance (k) of 0.7 to 1.2 preferably 0 , 8 outer diameter (s) of the burner from the outlet (W), in the form of external arched pipes with a curvature defined by an angle in the range of 10 ° - 50 °, preferably 30 ° and a radius of 0.98 - 1.02 of the ring distance (k) (P) from the burner outlet (W).
