Abstract
Wibroizolator magnetoreologiczny działający w trybie ściskania z komorą kompensacyjną w tłoku do redukcji drgań, posiadający stacjonarny rdzeń, ruchomą podstawę, na której posadowiony jest zewnętrzny obiekt, układ dwóch przemieszczających się względem siebie płaszczyzn, stanowiących szczelinę o zmiennej wysokości wypełnioną cieczą MR, charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera stacjonarny rdzeń (3) posiadający cewkę pierścieniową (4), magnes trwały lub układ magnesów trwałych (6) o namagnesowaniu promieniowym, pierścień diamagnetyczny (5) oraz ruchomy tłok (1), przy czym górna powierzchnia tłoka (1) stanowi podstawę, na której posadowiony jest zewnętrzny obiekt (12), a szczelina robocza (7) pomiędzy tłokiem (1) a rdzeniem (3) jest wypełniona cieczą MR.Magnetorheological vibro-isolator operating in compression mode with a compensation chamber in the piston to reduce vibrations, having a stationary core, a movable base on which an external object is placed, a system of two planes moving relative to each other, constituting a gap of variable height filled with MR liquid, is characterized by that it contains a stationary core (3) having an annular coil (4), a permanent magnet or permanent magnet system (6) with radial magnetization, a diamagnetic ring (5) and a movable piston (1), the upper surface of the piston (1) being the base, on which the external object (12) is placed, and the working gap (7) between the piston (1) and the core (3) is filled with MR liquid.
