Abstract

The piston (5) is sealed and consists of a flexible felt central disc (6) of small thickness and diameter matched to the inner diameter of the pipe (3) and placed between the outer discs (7) of hard material, having a slightly smaller diameter than the diameter of the middle disc (6). The invention finds application especially for easy and quick presentation of the phenomenon of acoustic resonance individually in the laboratory, but also for a large group of listeners or viewers, for example at school or university.
