Abstract

Elektroprzewodzące spoiwo cementowe jest mieszaniną 30,0 - 50% wagowych cementu portlandzkiego i 50,0 - 70,0% wagowych szungitu zawierającego 28,0 - 38,0% wagowych węgla, 57,0 - 66,0% wagowych SiO2, a resztę stanowią zanieczyszczenia mineralne. Korzystnie jako zanieczyszczenia mineralne szungit zawiera wagowo, w przeliczeniu na tlenki: 1,0 - 2,0% Fe2O3, 2,0 - 5,0% Al2O3, 1,0 - 2,0% K2O, 0 - 0,8% MgO, 0 - 0,3% Na2O, 0 - 1,5% S, 0 - 0,2% TiO2.The electrically conductive cement binder is a mixture of 30.0 - 50% by weight Portland cement and 50.0 - 70.0% by weight shungite containing 28.0 - 38.0% by weight carbon, 57.0 - 66.0% by weight SiO2, and the rest are mineral impurities. Preferably, as mineral impurities, shungite contains by weight, calculated as oxides: 1.0 - 2.0% Fe2O3, 2.0 - 5.0% Al2O3, 1.0 - 2.0% K2O, 0 - 0.8% MgO , 0 - 0.3% Na2O, 0 - 1.5% S, 0 - 0.2% TiO2.
