Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie wentylacyjne wyposażone w regenerator ciepła i wilgoci oraz złożone z dwóch bloków regeneracyjnych i dwóch zwrotnic, charakteryzuje się tym, że bloki regeneracyjne usytuowane są wewnątrz cienkościennych tuneli (2 i 2'), zaopatrzonych w uszczelki umiejscowione na obu końcach tuneli oraz wyposażone jest w cztery identyczne przepustnice klapowe (4, 4', 4" i 4"'), które są połączone wzajemnie parami w dwa zespoły przepustnic (5 i 5'), które z kolei zestawione są odpowiednio z dwoma adapterami (6 i 6'), jak również zestawione są odpowiednio z dwoma przegrodami poziomymi (7 i 7'), a ponadto urządzenie posiada skorupę dolną (8) z krawędzią (9) usytuowaną na obwodzie tejże skorupy (8) i zaopatrzoną w wypusty (10) oraz posiada skorupę górną (11) z krawędzią usytuowaną na obwodzie skorupy górnej (11), zaopatrzoną we wręby (13), podczas gdy każda przepustnica klapowa ma analogicznie do przepustnicy (4) korpus z ramą i z żebrem, umiejscowionym na części obwodu ramy, a ponadto posiada okna z odpowiednio przyporządkowanymi przylgami oraz posiada ścianę wewnętrzną i ścianę zewnętrzną w kształcie trójkątów, a także posiada klapę wyposażoną w wałek z panewką i ma tarczę rozłączną posiadającą zabierak i panewkę, przy czym zabierak połączony jest z suwakiem za pośrednictwem popychacza, zaś suwak połączony jest za pośrednictwem sprężyny z aktuatorem liniowym. Dolna skorupa (8) ma gniazdo (14) na tłumik akustyczny (15) z dnem (15') wentylatora (16) oraz zawiera gniazdo na tłumik akustyczny, a ponadto posiada gniazda na zespoły przepustnic odpowiednio (5 i 5') z wgłębieniem uszczelniającym, podczas gdy dolna skorupa (8) jest zaopatrzona we wnękę z gniazdem na przegrodę poziomą (7) oraz we wnękę z gniazdem na przegrodę poziomą (7'), a także zawiera gniazda na bloki regeneracyjne z wgłębieniami pod uszczelki, a ponadto posiada przegrodę pionową zaopatrzoną w krawędź.
