Abstract

Ujawniono zagadnienie dostosowania przewodu pokarmowego cielęcia do efektywnego przyjmowania paszy, w szczególności w przypadku produkcji tzw. białego mięsa, czyli minimalizuje problemy związane ze skarmianiem wyłącznie mlekiem lub preparatami mlekozastępczymi. Rozwiązanie polega polega na zastosowaniu mieszaniny enzymów o profilu trzustkowym wybranych spośród proteazy, amylazy i lipazy z wysoko zdyspergowanym dwutlenkiem krzemu, kwasem alfa - ketoglutarowym lub jego solami, z kwasami organicznymi lub ich solami wybranymi spośród kwasu masłowego, kwasu fumarowego, kwasu jabłkowego, kwasu cytrynowego, kwasu sorbowego, w celu wspomożenia i regulacji procesów trawiennych u cieląt oraz poprawy zdolności wchłaniania składników odżywczych paszy, w szczególności w przypadku skarmiania wyłącznie mlekiem lub preparatami mlekozastępczymi. W konsekwencji minimalizuje się możliwość wystąpienia zjawisk towarzyszących hodowli cieląt takich jak biegunka, słabe przyrosty, niezadawalające wykorzystanie paszy, brak łaknienia, podatność na infekcje.The issue of adapting the calf's gastrointestinal tract for effective feed intake has been disclosed, in particular in the production of so-called white meat, i.e. minimizes the problems associated with feeding only milk or milk replacers. The solution is to use a mixture of pancreatic enzymes selected from protease, amylase and lipase with highly dispersed silicon dioxide, alpha-ketoglutaric acid or its salts, with organic acids or their salts selected from butyric acid, fumaric acid, malic acid, citric acid , sorbic acid, to aid and regulate the digestive processes in calves and to improve the absorption capacity of feed nutrients, in particular when feeding exclusively with milk or milk replacers. Consequently, the occurrence of phenomena accompanying calf breeding such as diarrhea, poor growth, unsatisfactory feed use, anorexia, and susceptibility to infection are minimized.
