Abstract
Ujawniono zintegrowany system minimalizacji emisji gazów cieplarnianych wykorzystujący synergię powiązań operacyjnych i technologicznych pomiędzy procesami wypału wapna, klinkieru, zagęszczania, sterylizacji, suszenia i waloryzacji zagęszczonych osadów ściekowych i odpadów komunalnych, a zwłaszcza ich odseparowanych frakcji organicznych; utylizacji produktów ubocznych z przetwórstwa rolno spożywczego, termicznego unieszkodliwiania odpadów łącząc je w jeden system techniczno - technologiczny minimalizujący łączną bilansową emisję gazów cieplarnianych z operacji jednostkowych wykorzystywanych w systemie, zgodnie z zasada minimalizacji śladu węglowego. Produkty przed dostarczeniem do pieca cementowego korzystnie modyfikuje się dodatkami mineralnymi i paliwowymi tak, aby zawierały od 10 do 65% wagowych hydratu wapnia, całość naturalnych palnych składników pochodzenia organicznego, minerały zawarte w przetwarzanych osadach ściekowych i/lub frakcjach organicznych pozyskiwanych w wyniku separacji i sortowania odpadów komunalnych i wartości opałowe od 6 do 30 MJ/Mg, korzystnie powyżej 20 MJ/Mg. Wyliczenie stopnia ograniczenia emisji gazów cieplarnianych czyli tzw. ślad węglowy dokonuje się w oparciu o parametry technologiczne procesu wypału klinkieru, wyniki analizy składu nadawy piecowej i/lub dodatku OrCal i/lub składu chemicznego wytwarzanego klinkieru i/lub gazów spalinowych.An integrated system for minimizing greenhouse gas emissions has been disclosed using the synergy of operational and technological connections between lime burning processes, clinker, compaction, sterilization, drying and valorisation of concentrated sewage sludge and municipal waste, and in particular their separated organic fractions; utilization of by-products from agri-food processing, thermal disposal of waste by combining them into one technical and technological system that minimizes the total balance greenhouse gas emissions from unit operations used in the system, in accordance with the principle of minimizing the carbon footprint. Products before delivery to the cement kiln are preferably modified with mineral and fuel additives so that they contain from 10 to 65% by weight of calcium hydrate, all natural combustible components of organic origin, minerals contained in processed sewage sludge and / or organic fractions obtained as a result of separation and sorting municipal waste and calorific values from 6 to 30 MJ / Mg, preferably above 20 MJ / Mg. Calculation of the degree of reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, i.e. the carbon footprint is made based on the technological parameters of the clinker burning process, results of the analysis of the furnace feed composition and / or OrCal additive and / or the chemical composition of the clinker produced and / or the exhaust gas.
