Ujawniono sposób i zestaw do identyfikacji nicieni, szkodników zbóż i traw, metodą Real Time PCR. W szczególności wynalazek dotyczy sposobu i zestawu do identyfikacji nicieni obejmujących gatunki Anguina tritici, Bitylenchus dubius i Helicotylenchus varicaudatus. Dzięki specyficznie dobranym starterom i sondom rozwiązanie umożliwia precyzyjną identyfikację wskazanych gatunków nicieni niezależnie od rodzaju prób badanych, ich pochodzenia i przeznaczenia oraz stadium rozwoju.A method and kit for identifying nematodes, cereal pests and grasses by the Real Time PCR method is disclosed. In particular, the invention relates to a method and kit for identifying nematodes including Anguina tritici, Bitylenchus dubius and Helicotylenchus varicaudatus. Thanks to specifically selected primers and probes, the solution enables precise identification of the indicated nematode species regardless of the type of test samples, their origin and destination, as well as the stage of development.
