Abstract

Urządzenie rejestrujące dane medyczne zawiera moduł rejestrujący dane (1) i moduł sensora biometrycznego, które współpracują ze sobą w ten sposób, iż zebrane dane są opatrywane identyfikującymi danymi biometrycznymi osoby, której dotyczą, a także zawiera moduł służący do komunikacji z zewnętrznym urządzeniem gromadzącym dane. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także układ przeznaczony do gromadzenia i udostępniania danych medycznych zawierający co najmniej jedno urządzenie rejestrujące dane medyczne. Układ zawiera co najmniej jedno urządzenie gromadzące dane (5) połączone za pośrednictwem sieci lub podobnego łącza (6) z urządzeniem rejestrującym, gdzie urządzenie rejestrujące (4) przesyła dane opatrzone identyfikującymi danymi biometrycznymi do urządzenia gromadzącego dane (5), przy czym urządzenie gromadzące dane (5) wyposażone jest w oprogramowanie umożliwiające dostęp do tych danych po identyfikacji danymi biometrycznymi.
