Abstract

Piec wielokomorowy do nawęglania próżniowego i hartowania kół zębatych, wałków, pierścieni i tym podobnych detali, ma co najmniej dwie, korzystnie trzy, równolegle ze sobą połączone komory technologiczne z potokowym przesuwem pojedynczych detali. Komory te, z których jedna jest komorą nagrzewania (2a), druga komorą nawęglania (2b) a trzecia komorą dyfuzji (2c), są skonfigurowane korzystnie w układzie pionowym i umieszczone we wspólnej przestrzeni próżniowej z gazoszczelnym oddzieleniem, przy czym w każdej z komór (2a, 2b, 2c) są zabudowane komory grzejne z izolacją termiczną, z grafitowym systemem grzejnym i z zabudowanym w trzonie mechanizmem pokracznym do potokowego przemieszczania pojedynczych detali. Na końcach komór (2a, 2b, 2c) są zabudowane komory transportowe (5 i 6), wyposażone w mechanizmy za- i wyładowcze X-Y (7a i 7b) do współpracy z poszczególnymi komorami technologicznymi poprzez zainstalowane na końcach tych komór termo- i gazoszczelne drzwi, przy czym zewnętrzny dostęp do komór transportowych zapewniają śluzy załadowcze i wyładowcze (8 i 14).
