Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest sposób określania mięsności na żywych zwierzętach w polskiej populacji bydła mięsnego przy użyciu aparatury ultrasonograficznej. Wskaźnik mięsności: (WM) obliczany jest według wzoru: WM = 35,235 + 0,133 x POW + 0,052 x PUM + 0,286 x OOP.The subject of the solution is the method of determining meatiness on live animals in the Polish beef cattle population using ultrasound equipment. Meat ratio: (WM) is calculated according to the formula: WM = 35.235 + 0.133 x POW + 0.052 x PUM + 0.286 x OOP.
