Przedmiotem wynalazku jest potnik do przemysłowych hełmów ochronnych. Składa się on z wymiennego materiału do pochłaniania potu o kształcie pozwalającym na mocowanie go w hełmach ochronnych. Potnik ten posiada wbudowany obwód drukowany (9) z zamontowanym układem elektronicznym. Układ elektroniczny zawiera co najmniej jeden scalony czujnik temperatury otoczenia przed twarzą (1) połączony z co najmniej jednym scalonym czujnikiem temperatury na powierzchni skóry na czole i co najmniej jednym scalonym czujnikiem promieniowania podczerwonego lub światła widzialnego do pomiaru pulsu oraz co najmniej jeden silnik wibracyjny (5) do sygnalizacji dotykowej. Przy czym wspomniany układ elektroniczny połączony jest, poprzez przyłącze (6) z zewnętrznym układem sterowania, który za pomocą silnika wibracyjnego (5) sygnalizuje przekroczenie parametrów monitorowanych przez wspomniane czujniki.
