Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest nowy szczep bakterii Lactobacillus rhamnosus BioPL1 zdeponowany w Polskiej Kolekcji Mikroorganizmów PCM w Instytucie Immunologii i Terapii Doświadczalnej Polskiej Akademii Nauk im. Ludwika Hirszfelda we Wrocławiu, pod numerem B/00049. Ujawniono także sposób otrzymywania L-mleczanu wapnia w drodze hodowli tego szczepu. Hodowlę produkcyjną prowadzi się w pożywce zawierającej produkt pochodzenia roślinnego lub zwierzęcego, ekstrakt drożdżowy, K2HPO4, NaH2PO4, MgSO4•7H2O, MnSO4•H2O, CaCO3 i wodę destylowaną, w temperaturze 35 - 45°C przy pH zmieniającym się samorzutnie od 7,2 do 5,2 w czasie 30 - 72 godziny, a po jej zakończeniu dodaje się do bioreaktora zawiesinę Ca(OH)2, inaktywuje bakterie, oddziela biomasę bakterii od brzeczki pofermentacyjnej zawierającej L-mleczan wapnia i krystalizuje L-mleczan wapnia z brzeczki.The subject of the invention is a new bacterial strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus BioPL1 deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms PCM at the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Ludwik Hirszfeld in Wrocław, under the number B / 00049. Also disclosed is a method of obtaining calcium L-lactate by culturing this strain. The production culture is carried out in a medium containing a product of plant or animal origin, yeast extract, K2HPO4, NaH2PO4, MgSO4 • 7H2O, MnSO4 • H2O, CaCO3 and distilled water, at a temperature of 35 - 45 ° C with a spontaneous pH varying from 7.2 to 5.2 during 30-72 hours, and after its completion, a Ca (OH) 2 suspension is added to the bioreactor, inactivates the bacteria, separates the bacterial biomass from the fermentation broth containing calcium L-lactate and crystallizes calcium L-lactate from the wort.
