Układ jest utworzony przez współdziałające ze sobą korzystnie, element (1) obrotowy cylindra, którego otwór przelotowy ma kształt ostrosłupa foremnego ściętego oraz element (2) geometryczny stanowiący konstrukcyjną część składową ślimaka (3) przetwórczego również mający kształt ostrosłupa foremnego ściętego. Element (1) obrotowy cylindra wykonuje obroty w jedną lub drugą stronę zmienne, co do wartości w zależności od potrzeb przetwórczych.A plasticizing system for a single-screw extruder for polymer materials having a processing active mixing and cutting segment with a length L of 1 to 8 times the outer diameter of the processing screw.
