Abstract

Sposób etykietowania rulonu folii spożywczej polega na tym, że etykietę w formie wstęgi (1) odwija się z wałka odwijającego (2), następnie podaje się na znajdujący się poniżej wałka odwijającego (2), zawierający co najmniej jedną tuleję ze szpilkami, napinający wałek perforacyjny (3), który wzdłuż wstęgi etykiety (1) nakłuwa otwory perforacyjne, następnie wstęgę etykiety (1) przeprowadza się przez zespół wałków prowadzących (4), nawija na rulon zwiniętej folii spożywczej (5) i poprzecznie odcina. Urządzenie perforacyjne maszyny etykietującej zawiera ułożyskowane wałki obrotowo osadzone na osi oraz co najmniej jedną osadzoną pomiędzy nimi współosiowo tuleję z zamocowanymi na zewnętrznym obwodzie szpilkami, wystającymi poza obwód wałków, przy czym oś osadzona jest w sposób rozłączny na uchwytach przymocowanych do ramy maszyny etykietującej (17). Etykieta owinięta wokół rulonu folii spożywczej znamienna tym, że zawiera co najmniej jeden rząd otworów perforacyjnych.
