Abstract
Rejestrator matczyno - płodowy do pozyskiwania i analizy danych zawiera jednostkę główną (1), zasilaną z wewnętrznego źródła energii, korzystnie gdy jest to akumulator, co najmniej jeden kabel pacjenta (2) oraz co najmniej jedną elektrodę przyklejaną do ciała pacjentki, połączoną poprzez co najmniej jeden kabel pacjenta (2) do jednostki głównej (1), w jakim jednostka główna (1) zawiera podzespoły elektroniczne w postaci: przetwornika analogowo cyfrowego, procesora, karty pamięci, akcelerometru, emitera dźwięku, złącza USB, złącza SATA, akumulatora, a także moduł łączności bezprzewodowej, korzystnie bluetooth, co najmniej jedną diodę sygnalizacyjną, przycisk włączenia, złącze kabla pacjenta, złącze zasilania oraz korzystnie złącze USB, miejsce na zawieszkę oraz klips do montażu urządzenia na elementach garderoby pacjentki. Sposób pozyskiwania i analizy danych przy pomocy rejestratora matczyno - płodowego polega na tym, że na ciele pacjentki w obszarze macicy umieszcza się elektrody pomiarowe, jakie za pośrednictwem kabla pacjentki łączy się z jednostką główną, a po umieszczeniu elektrod na ciele pacjentki gromadzi się i analizuje dane dotyczące co najmniej poziomu jednego spośród sygnałów: sygnału elektrycznego tętna płodu, (holterowski pomiar akcji serca płodu); sygnału elektrycznego tętna matki, (holterowski pomiar akcji serca matki); impedancji skóry matki, (opór elektryczny skóry matki), pośrednio potliwość oraz stres; aktywności ruchowej matki i położenia ciała matki (pozycja stojąca, leżąca); czynności skurczowej mięśnia macicy; sygnału akustycznego tętna płodu, (fonokardiografia płodowa); temperatury ciała matki.The maternal-fetal recorder for data acquisition and analysis contains a main unit (1), powered from an internal energy source, preferably when it is a battery, at least one patient cable (2) and at least one electrode glued to the patient's body, connected through at least one patient cable (2) to the main unit (1), in which the main unit (1) contains electronic components in the form of: analog-to-digital converter, processor, memory card, accelerator, sound emitter, USB connector, SATA connector, battery, and wireless communication module, preferably bluetooth, at least one signaling diode, switch-on button, patient cable connector, power connector and preferably USB connector, space for a tag and a clip for mounting the device on the patient's wardrobe items. The method of obtaining and analyzing data using the maternal-fetal recorder consists in the fact that on the patient's body in the uterus area measuring electrodes are placed, which are connected to the main unit via the patient's cable, and after placing the electrodes on the patient's body, data is collected and analyzed. at least one of the following signals: fetal heart rate electrical signal, (Holter fetal heart rate); maternal electrical pulse signal (Holter measurement of maternal heart rate); maternal skin impedance, (maternal skin electrical resistance), indirectly sweating and stress; mother's motor activity and mother's body position (standing, lying position); uterine contractions; acoustic signal of the fetal heart rate, (fetal phonocardiography); mother's body temperature.
