Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania syntetycznych podpałek na bazie tworzyw sztucznych polega na tym, że do żywicy mocznikowo - formaldehydowej dodaje się wodę w ilości poniżej 10% masy produktu oraz surfaktant, jakim jest alkilobenzenosulfonian sodu w ilości 1 - 1,5%, korzystnie 1% masy produktu i tak przygotowana mieszanina jest nieprzerwanie mieszana mieszadłem w temperaturze pokojowej przez 30 minut, po czym mieszanina przepompowywana jest do kolejnego zbiornika, zaopatrzonego w mieszadło mechaniczne ciągle ją mieszające w temperaturze pokojowej oraz dyspergator, w trakcie tej operacji dodaje się stopniowo ciecz biodegradowalną, nie będącą paliwem płynnym, o składzie: mleczanu etylu (w proporcji około 35%) oraz gliceryny technicznej (w proporcji około 65%) łącznie w ilości korzystnie ok. 80% masy produktu, którym jest powstała mieszanina, następuje łączenie się ze sobą obu mieszanin tworząc sztywną, trwałą emulsję, do której z kolei dodaje się 10 procentowego kwasu ortofosforowego w stosunku wagowym 10 : 1 emulsji do kwasu i następuje uformowanie gotowej podpałki do docelowego kształtu przez jej chemoutwardzenie. Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest również syntetyczna podpałka na bazie tworzyw sztucznych, która zawiera żywicę mocznikowo - formaldehydową w ilości 11 - 14%, korzystnie 14% masy produktu, surfaktant w postaci alkilobenzenosulfonianu sodu w ilości 0,5 - 1,0%, korzystnie 0,5% masy produktu, ciecz biodegradowalną, nie będącą paliwem płynnym, stanowiącą mieszaninę mleczanu etylu (w proporcji około 35%) oraz gliceryny technicznej (w proporcji około 65 %), korzystnie 80% masy produktu, łącznie w ilości korzystnie ok. 80% masy produktu, oraz 10 procentowy kwas ortofosforowy w ilości 0,9 - 1,1%, korzystnie 1,0% masy produktu.The method of producing synthetic fire starters based on plastics consists in adding water to the urea-formaldehyde resin in an amount of less than 10% of the product weight and a surfactant, which is sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate in an amount of 1 - 1.5%, preferably 1% of the product weight the mixture prepared in this way is continuously stirred with a stirrer at room temperature for 30 minutes, after which the mixture is pumped to another tank, equipped with a mechanical stirrer, constantly stirring it at room temperature and a dispersant, during this operation a biodegradable non-liquid fuel is gradually added , composed of: ethyl lactate (in a proportion of about 35%) and technical glycerin (in a proportion of about 65%) in a total of preferably about 80% of the weight of the product, which is the resulting mixture, the two mixtures combine to form a rigid, durable an emulsion, to which, in turn, 10 percent is added of phosphoric acid in a 10: 1 weight ratio of emulsion to acid and the finished fire starter is formed to its final shape by chemo-curing. The subject of the solution is also a synthetic kindling based on plastics, which contains urea-formaldehyde resin in an amount of 11 - 14%, preferably 14% by weight of the product, surfactant in the form of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate in an amount of 0.5 - 1.0%, preferably 0.5 % of product weight, biodegradable liquid, which is not a liquid fuel, consisting of a mixture of ethyl lactate (in a proportion of about 35%) and technical glycerin (in a proportion of about 65%), preferably 80% of the weight of the product, in total preferably about 80% of the weight of the product , and 10 percent orthophosphoric acid in an amount of 0.9-1.1%, preferably 1.0%, by weight of the product.
