Abstract
The method consists in that in the first cycle the hot exhaust air in the heat exchanger (4) is cooled to a temperature suitable for the next switched on purification cycle, and then the exhaust air is purified by at least one cycle of the biological process in which the decomposition of organic compounds occurs solvents and / or their products with the help of microorganisms, the cooled waste air to be purified is enriched with an aqueous rinsing agent, with the water supply of the exhaust air stream carried out in a scrubber (6, 6.1), in which from the tank (7) the collected flushing agent is introduced through the spraying system (9), and the exhaust air is conducted in the opposite direction to the direction of the flushing agent in the scrubber (6, 6.1), in addition, in the course of the operation of flushing organic compounds from the exhaust air stream, a second filter cycle is activated in a biological filter (12, 12.1, 12.2), containing microorganisms that break down solvents or their crack products. The exhaust air purification installation consists of a furnace (2) in which the painting process takes place, which furnace (2) is connected to a heat exchanger (4) from which the cooled exhaust air is transported to the first biological treatment cycle (5), equipped with tower scrubbers (6, 6.1) with filling fittings (10) and from there it is moved to the second biological treatment cycle (11) equipped with three biological filters (12, 12.1,12.2), and then the air is moved to the carbon filtration system active (13) provided with activated carbon deposits (14, 14.1).
