Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest metoda wytwarzania płyt budowlanych z piasku związanego tworzywami sztucznymi mająca zastosowanie w budownictwie oraz w aranżacji wnętrz jako gotowe elementy konstrukcyjne. Płyty powstają z piasku, dowolnej frakcji, wymieszanego z tworzywem sztucznym, który następnie jest formowany w żaroodpornej formie (7), której znajduje się metalowa konstrukcja wzmacniająca dla powstającej płyty. Po ostygnięciu płyty można ją łączyć z kolejnymi płytami za pomocą termicznego zgrzewania lub za pomocą technik stosowanych w budownictwie. Korzystne w metodzie wytwarzania płyt budowlanych z piasku związanego za pomocą tworzyw sztucznych jest zastosowanie odpadów plastikowych z wysypisk oraz butelek PET jako spoiwa płyty co skutecznie obniża koszty produkcji oraz chroni środowisko naturalne.
