Abstract
Urządzenie zaworowe (1) do odpowietrzania form ciśnieniowych (15) jest zaopatrzone w dwuczęściową obudowę (2) zaworu. W przedniej części (2a) obudowy jest wpuszczony kanał odpowietrzający (3, 5), zamykalny za pomocą zaworu odpowietrzającego (7). W obudowie (2) jest osadzone urządzenie uruchamiające (14) dla uruchamiania tłoka zaworowego (8) zaworu odpowietrzającego (7). Urządzenie uruchamiające (14) posiada przetwornik siły (15), uruchamialny materiałem odlewniczym i element do przenoszenia siły (20) dla przenoszenia ruchu zamykającego przetwornika siły (15) na tłok zaworowy (8) zaworu odpowietrzającego (7). Urządzenie uruchamiające (14) jest zaopatrzone ponadto w pakiet sprężyn (23) dla zawracania urządzenia uruchamiającego (14) i dla wypierania nadlewu. Przednia część (2a) obudowy jest zaopatrzona w pierwszą tuleję (26), otaczającą przynajmniej część przednią (9) tłoka zaworowego (8) i w kolejną tuleję (31), otaczającą przynajmniej część przednią (16) przetwornika siły (15). Obydwie tuleje (26, 31) są przy tym twardsze niż przednia część (2a) obudowy.
