Abstract
Nagrzewnica powietrza opalana drewnem kawałkowym lub drzewnymi zrębkami podawanymi automatycznym podajnikiem zbudowana jest ze stalowej, izolowanej termicznie obudowy o kształcie prostopadłościanu. Palenisko (2) obudowane jest wymiennikiem ciepła (1) zbudowanym z krzyżujących się stalowych rur (3) nachylonych do podstawy pod kątem ostrym (?), w których przepływa podgrzewane powietrze użytkowe (p.u.). Tłoczone przez wentylator (4) zimne powietrze (z.p.) rozdzielane jest do poszczególnych rur (3) przez przegrody (5) wyposażone w kalibrowane otwory (6) dzielące strumienie zimnego powietrza (z.p.) proporcjonalnie do pola powierzchni grzejnej rur, obudowy i temperatury. W pierwszym etapie przejmowania ciepła gorące spaliny (S) omywają chłodzony, żaroodporny deflektor (8) osłaniający rury (3) przed przegrzaniem. Strumienie powietrza użytkowego (p.u.) w zależności od potrzeb są tłumione i rozdzielane przepustnicami (9).The air heater fired with lumber or wood chips fed by an automatic feeder is made of a steel, thermally insulated cuboid-shaped casing. Usable air streams (p.u.) are damped and separated by dampers (9), depending on the needs.
