Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy konstrukcji pieca próżniowego hybrydowego, znajdującego zastosowanie, zwłaszcza przy obróbce metali przez nanoszenie powłok z fazy gazowej PVD. Piec ma obudowę próżniowo-ciśnieniową (1) podłączoną do układu pompowego (3), we wnętrzu której umieszczona jest komora grzejna (2) z materiału termoizolacyjnego. Z obydwóch stron komory grzejnej (2) obudowa próżniowo-ciśnieniową (1) ma symetryczne kieszenie, we wnętrzu których umieszczone są katody PVD (5). Między kieszeniami (4) a komorą grzejną (2) zamocowane są przesuwnie przesłony (7), korzystnie o budowie żaluzjowej, przy zewnętrznym obrysie których zabudowana jest chłodnica. We wnętrzu komory grzejnej (2) znajduje się obrotowy stół (9) wyposażony w obrotowe wsporniki (12) wyposażone w gniazda i/lub uchwyty na obrabiane detale, do napędu których służy przekładnia planetarna (11). Wnętrze komory grzejnej (2) wyposażone jest w metalowy ekran siatkowy (14) przyłączony do wysokiego napięcia i izolowany od stołu (9) oraz obudowy próżniowo-ciśnieniowej (1). Stół umieszczony jest w ekranie siatkowym (14) wysuwnie. Piec pozwala na prowadzenie kolejno procesów technologicznych, bez konieczności wyjmowania wsadu i wykorzystywania odrębnych pieców do obróbki tych samych detali.
