Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kapsuła do napojów poddawana procesom ekstrakcji, rozpuszczania i rozcieńczania jej zawartości przez wtrysk do niej płynu pod ciśnieniem w urządzeniu do przygotowywania napojów, posiadająca korpus mieszczący tę substancję zamknięty od góry i od dołu przebijalnymi przegrodami, przeznaczona do sporządzania gorących, zimnych lub schłodzonych napojów, płynnych potraw oraz płynnych dodatków do dań, zwłaszcza napoju typu kawa, płynnej czekolady, zup, herbat, soków, deserów, sosów, drinków alkoholowych i piwa. Kapsuła do napojów charakteryzuje się tym, że w przekładce (4) wykonana jest prowadnica zespołu mieszającego, posadowiona wewnątrz wgłębienia wykonanego w zespole mieszającym, którego ramiona zakończone są wypływowymi otworami, umieszczonymi w ściankach tego wgłębienia, połączonymi z centralnym otworem przebijaka do przebijania przegrody dolnej, mającej od środka korpusu co najmniej jedno nacięcie i stanowiącej element korpusu, przy czym przebijak w jego pozycji roboczej po przebiciu przegrody dolnej podczas wypływu gotowej mieszaniny uszczelnia powstały otwór swą powierzchnią zewnętrzną, zaś tworząca (a) przebijaka jest większa od połowy odległości (d) naciętej od wewnątrz przegrody, a wysokość (h) przebijaka jest mniejsza od wysokości (H) wypływowego kanału korpusu.The subject of the invention is a beverage capsule subjected to extraction, dissolution and dilution of its contents by injection of liquid under pressure in a beverage preparation device, having a body housing this substance closed from above and from below with pierceable dividers, intended for making hot, cold or chilled beverages, liquid dishes and liquid food additives, especially coffee, liquid chocolate, soups, teas, juices, desserts, sauces, alcoholic drinks and beer. The drink capsule is characterized by the fact that the spacer (4) has a guide for the mixing unit, placed inside the cavity made in the mixing unit, whose arms are terminated with outflow openings, located in the walls of this cavity, connected to the central hole of the punch for piercing the lower partition, having at least one cut from the inside of the body and forming part of the body, the punch in its working position after piercing the bottom partition during the outflow of the finished mixture seals the resulting hole with its external surface, and the forming (a) of the punch is greater than half the distance (d) cut from the inside of the partition, and the height (h) of the punch is less than the height (H) of the outflow body channel.
