Abstract

Przedmiotem rozwiązania jest uniwersalna płytka do zespalania złamań wyrostka kłykciowego żuchwy, w kształcie litery A zawierającej dwa ramiona połączone ze sobą u góry i rozchylone u dołu i tam połączone poprzeczką, przy czym w miejscu łączenia ramion znajdują się trzy otwory rozmieszczone na wierzchołkach trójkąta równoramiennego na śruby do mocowania płytki w wyrostku kłykciowym, a przy dolnych końcach ramion znajdują się po dwa otwory na śruby do mocowania płytki w gałęzi żuchwy. Płytka (1) jest symetryczna względem osi symetrii (O), a poprzeczka (4) jest poprzeczką krzyżową w kształcie litery X o osi symetrii pokrywającej się z osią symetrii (O) płytki (1), przy czym cztery ramiona poprzeczki (4) skierowane są w kierunku poszczególnych otworów (61, 62; 71, 72) na śruby do mocowania płytki (1) w gałęzi żuchwy.
