Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy urządzenia zapewniającego dostęp do wnętrza serca, zawierającego co najmniej jeden kanał dostępowy, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z dwóch rozłącznych części: części zewnętrznej (1) zawierającej cylindryczny element (5) o mniejszej średnicy, zaopatrzony wewnątrz w kanał dostępowy (8) przeznaczony do wprowadzania do wnętrza serca urządzeń medycznych i okalający go od zewnątrz na jednym końcu, znajdujący się w płaszczyźnie prostopadłej do tego elementu (5), kołnierz zewnętrzny (2), oraz części wewnętrznej (3) zawierającej cylindryczny element (6) o większej średnicy i okalający go, znajdujący się w płaszczyźnie prostopadłej do tego elementu (6) kołnierz wewnętrzny (4) równoległy do kołnierza zewnętrznego (2), po stronie przeciwnej w stosunku do kołnierza (2), przy czym cylindryczny element (5) części zewnętrznej (1) znajduje się wewnątrz cylindrycznego elementu (6), w jednej z nim osi, a ich wzajemne połączenie zapewnione jest poprzez znajdujący się na płaszczyźnie przylegania elementów (5, 6) zatrzask łączeniowy (7).
