Abstract

Ujawniono urządzenie do uprawy pasowej, które posiada: krój talerzowy (2), łapę spulchniającą (4) i talerze zamykające (6) umieszczone na ramie (8), a przed krojem talerzowym (2) są umieszczone talerze rozgarniająco-rozrywające (1). Pomiędzy krojem talerzowym (2) a łapą spulchniającą (4) korzystnie znajduje się rozgarniacz gwiaździsty (3), a za talerzami zamykającymi znajduje się wał zagęszczająco-wyrównujący (7). Talerze rozgarniająco-rozrywające (1) są ustawione ukośnie, przy czym w dolnej części odległość pomiędzy talerzami (1) jest mniejsza, a w górnej części większa. Krój talerzowy (2) ma postać koła z przetłoczeniami, na zewnętrznej części tworzącymi falę. Łapa spulchniająca (4) wyposażona jest w redlicę nawozową (5). Sposób uprawy pasowej polega na tym, że w czasie jednego przejazdu ciągnika dokonuje się rozrywania mulczu, krojenia pasa, rozgarniania pozostałości, spulchniania gleby, głębokiego wysiewu nawozu, zamykania szczeliny powstałej po spulchnianiu, zagęszczania i wyrównywania, a następnie siewu nasion. Po zagęszczaniu i wyrównaniu, a przed siewem nasion dokonuje się płytkiego wysiewu nawozu. Po wysiewie nasion w czasie tego samego przejazdu ciągnika dokonuje się oprysku środkami ochrony roślin. The disc coulter (2) has the form of a circle with ribs, forming a wave on the outer part. The cultivating paw (4) is equipped with a fertilizer coulter (5). The method of belt cultivation consists in breaking the mulch, cutting the belt, clearing the residue, loosening the soil, deep fertilizer sowing, closing the gap after loosening, compaction and leveling, and then sowing the seeds during one pass of the tractor. After compaction and leveling, and before sowing the seeds shall be sown shallow. After sowing seeds, sprayers are applied to the tractor during the same journey. Deep fertilizer spreading is preferably carried out to a depth of 20 - 40 cm.
