Abstract

The high-carbon mixture is characterized by the fact that it is a deaminated solution of hydrolysates from protein waste subjected to acid, alkaline, thermal or enzymatic hydrolysis. Also disclosed is the method of its preparation and application to culture media for microorganisms intended to correct the composition of high-nitrogen wastewater in the activated sludge process.
