Abstract
Auksetyczna sprężyna, zwłaszcza do mebli tapicerowanych jaka zawiera osiowo symetryczny szkielet, który w rzutach prostokątnych ma kształt kokardy o bokach tworzących kąty wklęsłe. The method of producing upholstery mats with an auxetic spring, especially for upholstered furniture, proceeds in such a way that in the first step individual springs are made, giving their skeleton the thickness of all arms from 3 mm to 5 mm, then the springs are combined in the matrix with protruding horizontal arm fragments (1) gluing them using silicone glue, and formed auxetic spring forms are placed on a felt sheet up to 5 mm thick, on the perimeter of which rectangular stops made of polyurethane foam with a rigidity of 4 to 8 kPa, and thickness equal to the height of the spring, and on such a structure is applied a felt sheet with similar properties as the bottom felt sheet and glued to a frame made of polyurethane foams with the help of contact dispersion adhesive.
