Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest modułowe urządzenie dylatacyjne, stosowane w konstrukcjach drogowych, zwłaszcza na połączeniach odcinków dróg i mostów. Urządzenie ma pomiędzy profilami dylatacyjnymi (2) stabilizatory (4) o zmiennej długości, które w sposób elastyczny sterają podziałem całkowitego przemieszczenia krawędzi szczeliny dylatacyjnej (6), na poszczególne moduły (m) tak, że urządzenie dylatacyjne w sposób elastyczny przenosi poziome ruchy, wynikające z obciążeń użytkowych. Urządzenie ma co najmniej dwie pary stabilizatorów (4) łączące sąsiednie profile dylatacyjne (2), współpracujących modułów (m), przy czym stabilizatory (4) są zakończone z obu stron ogranicznikami (5). Zastosowanie modułowego urządzenia dylatacyjnego, zapewnia wyjątkowo dużą trwałość urządzenia, zmniejszenie awaryjności zespołu dylatacyjnego i zmniejszenie nadmiernego hałasu przez wyeliminowanie elementów, które wysoki poziom hałasu powodowały.The subject of the invention is a modular expansion joint device used in road constructions, especially at the connections of road sections and bridges. The use of a modular expansion joint ensures exceptional durability, reduction of the expansion joint failure rate and reduction of excessive noise by eliminating elements that caused a high noise level.
