The strips (7a) of the inner layer of the jacket (1) are joined to the strips of the outer layer by means of transverse fasteners. The slats (7a) forming at least one of the layers of the jacket (1) are permanently connected to a flexible, flat carrier, the upper part of which is attached to the shaft (2).
