Abstract

Kondensacyjny wymiennik ciepła posiada w górnej części komorę spalania zaopatrzoną w otwór do wprowadzenia palnika, rury płomienne zamontowane w dnach sitowych otoczone płaszczem zewnętrznym, wewnątrz którego utworzona jest komora dla ogrzewanej cieczy oraz zaopatrzonym w króciec wlotowy i wylotowy ogrzewanej cieczy, zbiornik na skropliny zaopatrzony w króciec odprowadzania skroplin oraz króciec odprowadzania spalin do komina. Wymiennik charakteryzuje się tym, że stosunek długości (L) rury płomiennej (1) do jej obwodu przekroju poprzecznego omywanego przez gazy spalinowe wynosi od 2,5 do 6,5, przy czym rury płomienne (1) mają ukształtowane nagnioty (2) skierowane do środka rury (1), usytuowane naprzeciw siebie tworząc sekcję, w której odległość pomiędzy wierzchołkami nagniotów (2) wewnątrz rury płomiennej (1) wynosi co najwyżej 1,0 mm.
