Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest odporna na płomień sztywna pianka poliuretanowa zawierająca przyjazne dla środowiska antypireny oraz sposób jej otrzymywania. Odporna na płomień sztywna pianka poliuretanowa zawierająca przyjazne dla środowiska antypiryny, którą stanowi kompozycja zawierająca mieszankę polioli trójfunkcyjnych, czynnik spieniający, środek powierzchniowoczynny, antypireny, diizocyjanian difenylometanu oraz katalizator charakteryzuje się tym, że 20 do 40% kompozycji stanowią antypireny takie jak poliol modyfikowany kwasem borowym i/lub nanokrzemionka modyfikowana tlenkiem magnezu. Sposób otrzymywania wymienionej pianki poliuretanowej polega na otrzymaniu przedmieszki, a następnie przeprowadzeniu jej spieniania. W pierwszym etapie otrzymuje się antypireny, to jest poliol modyfikowany kwasem borowym, uzyskany w procesie estryfikacji kwasem borowym związku polihydroksylowego przy stosunku molowym 1 mol kwasu borowego na 3 do 5 moli poliolu, którą prowadzi się w temperaturze 110 do 140°C, i/lub modyfikowaną nanokrzemionką otrzymaną metodą zol-żel, doprowadzając ją do postaci wysuszonego proszku i tak otrzymane antypireny wprowadza się w ilości 20 do 40% obj. do otrzymanej przedmieszki w wyniku kilkuetapowej homogenizacji zmodyfikowanego kwasem poliolu, niemodyfikowanego poliolu, środków spieniających oraz stabilizatorów piany, by w końcowym etapie w znany sposób otrzymać odporną na płomień sztywną piankę poliuretanową w reakcji 4,4'-diizocyjanianu difenylometanu, przedmieszki i katalizatora.The subject of the invention is a flame resistant rigid polyurethane foam containing environmentally friendly anti-pyrene and a method for its preparation. Flame-resistant rigid polyurethane foam containing environmentally friendly antipyrins, which is a composition containing a blend of trifunctional polyols, a foaming agent, a surfactant, antipyrene, diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a catalyst characterized by 20 to 40% of the composition being antipyrene such as boric acid modified polyol and / or magnesium oxide modified nanosilica. The method of obtaining said polyurethane foam consists in obtaining a master batch and then foaming it. In the first stage, antipyrene, i.e. a boric acid modified polyol, obtained by boric acid esterification of the polyhydroxy compound at a molar ratio of 1 mol of boric acid per 3 to 5 moles of polyol is obtained, which is carried out at 110 to 140 ° C, and / or modified nanosilica obtained by the sol-gel method, bringing it to the form of dried powder and the anti-pyrenes thus obtained are introduced in an amount of 20 to 40% by volume to the masterbatch obtained as a result of several-stage homogenization of acid-modified polyol, unmodified polyol, foaming agents and foam stabilizers to finally obtain flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foam in a reaction in a known manner in the reaction of 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, masterbatch and catalyst.
