Abstract

Profil charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się ze sprężystego korpusu (1) o kształcie korytka i prostopadłościennej przeziernej osłony (2) osadzonej we wzdłużnych prowadnicach (3), które stanowią półkoliste gniazda zakończone, usytuowanymi wzajemnie symetrycznie względem siebie: od dołu prostopadłościennymi, dolnymi wypustami, a od góry ukośnie zakończonymi wypustami o kształcie przypominającym, w przekroju poprzecznym, kształt trójkąta. Odległość maksymalna pomiędzy lewym i prawym gniazdem L2 wynosi: szerokość przeziernej osłony (2) L1 + 0,55 mm, zaś odległość pomiędzy usytuowanymi symetrycznie, wzajemnie naprzeciw sobie górnymi występami lewym i prawym L3 wynosi L1 - 0,51. Promień półkolistego gniazda R stanowi połowę wysokości przeziernej osłony (2) powiększonej o 0,14 mm. Kąt alfa pomiędzy ukośnymi powierzchniami górnych występów a poziomo usytuowaną górną powierzchnią przeziernej osłony (2) wynosi od 20 do 40°. Sposób montażu charakteryzuje się tym, że sprężysty korpus (1) i przezierną osłonę (2) umieszcza się bezpośrednio jeden nad drugim i, następnie, przy pomocy siły dłoni, naciska się równocześnie i prostopadle na górną powierzchnię przeziernej osłony (2) i dokonuje się jej wsunięcia w sprężysty korpus (1) profilu, powodując stabilne zablokowanie osłony (2) w półkolistym gnieździe za pomocą górnych i dolnych występów wzdłużnych prowadnic (3).The profile is characterized by the fact that it consists of a flexible body (1) in the shape of a tray and a rectangular translucent cover (2) embedded in the longitudinal guides (3), which are semicircular sockets terminated, mutually symmetrical with respect to each other: from below, rectangular, lower projections , and from above with obliquely shaped tongue resembling, in cross section, the shape of a triangle. The maximum distance between the left and right L2 sockets is: the width of the translucent cover (2) L1 + 0.55 mm, and the distance between the symmetrically located, opposite each other upper left and right L3 protrusions is L1 - 0.51. The radius of the semi-circular socket R is half the height of the transparent cover (2) increased by 0.14 mm. The alpha angle between the oblique surfaces of the upper projections and the horizontally located upper surface of the translucent cover (2) is between 20 and 40 °. The mounting method is characterized in that the elastic body (1) and the translucent cover (2) are placed directly one above the other and, then, with the help of the hand, are pressed simultaneously and perpendicularly to the upper surface of the translucent cover (2) and it is made sliding into the elastic body (1) of the profile, causing a stable locking of the cover (2) in the semi-circular socket by means of the upper and lower longitudinal projections of the guides (3).
