Abstract
Laminat w folii polipropylenowej albo w folii polietylenowej utworzony z warstwy podłożowej połączonej z warstwą powłokową za pomocą kleju na gorąco, charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się co najmniej z dwu wstęg (l2 i 13) o dowolnej szerokości utworzonych z warstwy podłożowej, którą stanowi orientowana folia polipropylenowa albo folia polietylenowa i z warstwy powłokowej, którą stanowi papier oraz ze wstęgi (14) w postaci przeźroczystej orientowanej folii polipropylenowej albo folii polietylenowej o dowolnej szerokości pomiędzy wstęgami (12 i 13). Sposób wytwarzania laminatu w folii polipropylenowej albo w folii polietylenowej charakteryzuje się tym, że na odwijaku (1) umieszcza się orientowaną folię polipropylenową albo folię polietylenową, a na co najmniej dwóch odwijakach (2 i 3) umieszcza się papier, następnie za pomocą prowadzących rolek (4) odwija się z odwijaka (1) orientowaną folię polipropylenową albo folię polietylenową i nakłada się na nią jednoskładnikowy klej w zakresie temperatur 75°C - 85°C co najmniej w dwóch ścieżkach za pomocą zestawu rolek. Zestaw rolek składa się z podających rolek (5), z przenoszącej rolki (6) i z nanoszącej rolki (8). The roller set consists of feed rollers (5), transfer roller (6) and application roller (8). Using guide rollers (4) from unwinder (2) and unwinder (3), unwrap paper webs at least 1 mm wide from the adhesive paths and apply them using the pressure roller (9) to the adhesive paths, while using the roller laminating (10), the final connection of oriented polypropylene or polyethylene film with paper webs, and the obtained laminate is wound on a winder (11).
