Abstract

Powłoki otrzymywane z proszku miedzi z zastosowaniem metody natryskiwania cieplnego techniką detonacyjną zawierają 90 - 98% miedzi, do 6,7% węgla w postaci struktur węglowych zawierających grafen i 1,1 - 1,8% tlenu. Coatings obtained from copper powder using the method of thermal spraying with the detonation technique contain 90 - 98% copper, up to 6.7% carbon in the form of carbon structures containing graphene and 1.1 - 1.8% oxygen. The method of obtaining coatings consists in the fact that copper powder with produced carbon structures containing graphene is fed from the dispenser along with transporting nitrogen to a one-sided closed detonation chamber into which a portion of a flammable explosive gas mixture consisting of oxygen and a mixture of propane and butane was introduced. containing 18-55% propane.
