Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania pianek poliuretanowych o zwiększonej termoodporności z pierścieniem karbazolu i puryny, charakteryzuje się tym, że do przygotowania kompozycji spienianej stosuje się jako składnik poliolowy mieszaninę polieterolu z pierścieniem purynowym, otrzymanym w reakcjach adeniny z węglanem etylenu, o wzorze 1, w którym x + y + z ? 6, którego zawartość procentowa w mieszaninie mieści się w granicach 40 - 60% wag. z polieterolem z pierścieniem karbazolu, otrzymanym w reakcji karbazolu z glicydolem, a następnie z węglanem etylenu lub węglanem propylenu, o wzorze 2 w którym x ? 7, a 6 ? y + z ? 16, zaś R oznacza atom wodoru lub grupę metylową, przy czym na 100 cz. wag. składnika poliolowego używa się 260 do 350 cz. wag. diizocyjanianu difenylometanu zawierającego od 25% do 30% izocyjanianów trójfunkcyjnych, 1 do 6 cz. wag. trietyloaminy, 1,5 do 2 cz. wag. oleju silikonowego oraz 2 do 4 cz. wag. wody.The method of producing polyurethane foams with increased heat resistance with a carbazole and purine ring is characterized by the fact that a polyol mixture with a purine ring, obtained in the reaction of adenine with ethylene carbonate, of formula 1 in which x + y is used as a polyol component, is prepared as a polyol component. + with? 6, the percentage of which in the mixture is in the range of 40-60 wt. with a polyetherol with a carbazole ring, obtained by reacting carbazole with glycidol, and then with ethylene carbonate or propylene carbonate of formula 2 in which x 7 and 6? y + z? 16 and R represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, with 100 parts per wt. 260 to 350 parts are used in the polyol component. wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate containing 25% to 30% trifunctional isocyanates, 1 to 6 parts wt. triethylamine, 1.5 to 2 parts wt. silicone oil and 2 to 4 parts wt. water.
