Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie modulatorów funkcji zmutowanego białka CFTR do wytwarzania leku do leczenia chorób związanych z zaburzeniami w prawidłowym funkcjonowaniu białka CFTR. Bardziej szczegółowo celem wynalazku jest dostarczenie preparatów farmaceutycznych oraz sposobów korygowania obróbki komórkowej zmutowanego białka CFTR wywołanego mutacją ?F508-CFTR lub innymi mutacjami należącymi do klasy II.The present invention relates to the use of modulators of the mutated CFTR protein function in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of diseases associated with disorders in the proper functioning of the CFTR protein. More specifically, it is an object of the invention to provide pharmaceutical preparations and methods for correcting cellular processing of a mutated CFTR protein induced by the? F508-CFTR mutation or other class II mutations.
