Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do stabilizowania gruntów wysadzinowych z domieszką piasków, żwirów, rumoszy skalnych oraz mineralnych domieszek antropogenicznych do 30%, w postaci ciekłego roztworu, zawierająca co najmniej jeden wielofunkcyjny związek organiczny w postaci pochodnych związków aromatycznych lub heterocyklicznych lub alicyklicznych lub alifatycznych, w ilości 20 - 40% wagowych w stosunku do całej kompozycji; co najmniej jeden surfaktant o charakterze kwaśnym, w ilości do 2 - 10% wagowych w stosunku do całej kompozycji; co najmniej jeden związek metali trójwartościowych, w ilości 1,0 - 2,5% wagowych w stosunku do całej kompozycji: kwas siarkowy, w ilości do 100% wagowych w stosunku do całej kompozycji. Ponadto ujawniono sposób jej wytwarzania oraz sposób stabilizacji gruntów wysadzinowych z domieszką piasków, żwirów, rumoszy skalnych oraz mineralnych domieszek antropogenicznych do 30% z wykorzystaniem kompozycji stabilizującej.The subject of the application is a composition for stabilizing lining soils with an admixture of sands, gravels, rock rubble and anthropogenic mineral admixtures up to 30%, in the form of a liquid solution, containing at least one multi-functional organic compound in the form of derivatives of aromatic or heterocyclic or alicyclic or aliphatic or aliphatic compounds 20-40% by weight of the total composition; at least one acid surfactant in an amount of up to 2-10% by weight of the total composition; at least one trivalent metal compound, in an amount of 1.0-2.5% by weight of the total composition: sulfuric acid, in an amount of up to 100% by weight of the total composition. In addition, a method of its production and a method of stabilizing the ground soils with an admixture of sands, gravels, rock rubble and anthropogenic mineral admixtures up to 30% using a stabilizing composition was disclosed.
