Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania termoplastycznych kompozytów wzmacnianych włóknami krótkimi charakteryzuje się tym, że w dwóch granulatach kompozytowych A i B modyfikuje się interfazę osnowa polimerowa - włókna celulozowe przy pomocy kompatybilizatora lub antykompatybilizatora. Granulat kompozytowy A i B otrzymuje się poprzez mieszanie w stanie stopionym osnowy polimerowej z włóknami celulozowymi w stosunku od 70 : 30% wagowych do 50 : 50% wagowych, przy udziale, w granulacie A kompatybilizatora, którym jest wosk polimerowy mieszalny z polimerem osnowy w ilości 0.5 - 3% wagowych w stosunku do polimeru osnowy, zaś w granulacie B przy udziale antykompatybilizatora, którym jest wosk polimerowy niemieszalny z polimerem osnowy w ilości 0.25 - 3% wagowych w stosunku do polimeru osnowy. Następnie granulaty A i B miesza się w stanie stopionym stosunku od 1 : 1 do 3 : 1 w czasie dalszego przetwórstwa wtryskowego lub ekstruzji, otrzymując kompozyt o zróżnicowanej interfazie włókno - osnowa. Jako osnowę polimerową stosuje się polpropylen, polietylen, poli(tereftalan etylenu), poli(tereftalan butylenu), polilaktyd, poliamid lub polioksymetylen. Jako kompatybilizator lub antykompatybilizator stosuje się polimerowy wosk polipropylenowy, polietylenowy, kopolimer etylenowy, kopolimer styrenowo - akrylowy lub inne woski polimerowe. Osnowa polimerowa i włókna w granulacie kompozytowym A i B są takie same.The method of obtaining thermoplastic composites reinforced with short fibers is characterized by the fact that in two composite granules A and B the polymer matrix interphase is modified - cellulose fibers using a compatibilizer or anti-compatibilizer. The composite granules A and B are obtained by melt mixing the polymer matrix with cellulose fibers in a ratio of 70: 30% by weight to 50: 50% by weight, using a compatibilizer A granulate, which is a polymer wax miscible with the matrix polymer in an amount 0.5 - 3% by weight relative to the matrix polymer, while in granulate B with the use of an anti-compatibilizer, which is a polymer wax immiscible with the matrix polymer in an amount of 0.25 - 3% by weight relative to the matrix polymer. Then, granules A and B are mixed in a molten state with a ratio of 1: 1 to 3: 1 during further injection or extrusion processing, to obtain a composite with different fiber-matrix interphase. The polymer matrix used is polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, poly butylene terephthalate, polylactide, polyamide or polyoxymethylene. As a compatibilizer or anti-compatibilizer, a polypropylene or polyethylene polymer wax, ethylene copolymer, styrene acrylic copolymer or other polymeric waxes are used. The polymer matrix and fibers in composite granules A and B are the same.
